Marsha Raines & Associates was the first private elder care consultation and case management practice in Monroe County, Rochester, NY, and has been in business for over 20 years. We are a professional team of licensed Social Workers and Nurses that provide service to care giving families and older adults in three areas: Geriatric Care Consultation, Case Management and Long Term Care Insurance services.

Coping with the challenges of aging parents can be time consuming, confusing and emotionally draining. Our innovative elder-care consultation and case management services are designed to assist older adults who are physically frail or suffering from Alzheimer’s disease to remain safe and comfortable in their own home, regardless of whether home is an assisted living residence, nursing home or the house they have lived in for the past 50 years.
