Marsha is proud to be licensed as a Master Social Worker by New York State. She has also taken the important step of earning a Certification as an Advanced Social Work Case Manager. This advanced credential is only available to licensed Social Workers who have demonstrated proven professional training and experience in case management. Marsha Raines, LMSW, C-ASWCM
Marsha is an experienced professional in the field of elder care. She has a Masters of Science degree with a specialty in Aging from Columbia University School of Social Work and a BA in Gerontology from the State University of NY at Buffalo. She is Licensed as a Social Worker in New York State. Marsha is also a Certified Advanced Social Work Case Manager.

Elise Carter, LCSW
Elise has a Master of Social Work degree from Syracuse University. Elise is a skilled and experienced therapist, specializing in working with clients who are facing a wide range of mental health issues. Her expertise is a great help to our care givers and clients who are facing difficult aging related issues. |

Denise Brown, RN
Denise is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years experience in developing, implementing and monitoring effective home care plans for frail and/or confused clients. Denise’s nursing expertise includes geriatrics, stroke rehabilitation, cardio pulmonary and oncology. |

Kirsten Shea, LMSW
Kirsten has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Nazareth College and a Master of Social Work degree from Syracuse University. She has extensive professional experience as a Medical Social Worker, with special expertise in working with medically frail and / or confused older adults and with palliative care and end of life issues. As a Certified Social Worker, Kirsten provides compassionate support and counseling services for care giving families and older adults. |
